Bubble, Bubble, Pop!

This week we have been reading a big book about Bubbles.

On Tuesday we blew some bubbles...

On Wednesday we blew bubbles on the table!  Sasha was the King of blowing bubbles.

On Thursday we blew our own bubble monsters.

The Orchestra

On Tuesday morning we went to the hall to watch the Wellington Orchestra.  We really liked it, even if it was a bit loud.

The instruments were fun.  We liked the drums, trumpet and tuba the best.

The Pet Shop

This week we have been talking, reading and writing about pets.  We thought about pets we would like to have and what pets need to keep them happy.

Today we went for a walk to the Pet Shop.  We liked the colourful fish and the one with the big eyes.  Richard said it looked like a Hammerhead shark!  We looked at all the toys for pets, the comfy beds and the things for cats to climb and scratch and slide on.

Fun with Gillian

Yesterday we went to Room 7 and did some work with Gillian.  We had lots of fun pretending to be a vet and helping sick animals.

We wrote some stories about what we did.
