Matariki Kites

We enjoyed sharing the Matariki breakfast with our family and friends.

Later that day our buddies helped us make kites for Matariki.  They were pretty easy to make and they really did fly!

Pyjama Day!!

Yesterday we wore our PJ's to school.  We wanted to celebrate our awesome work and to say Goodbye to Calan who is leaving MCS.

Calan wanted to make M and M cookies - they were yum.  Then we snuggled in our jammies and ate some popcorn and watched Pete the Cat.

Fantastic Football

Every Friday we learn football in the hall.  It is lots of fun.  We play Stuck in the Mud, What's the Time Mr Wolf?, Duck Duck Goose and the Numbers Game.

Cross Country

Today we had our school cross country.  We have been doing a little bit of training so we were ready for it.

Well done - Dylan = 1st, James = 2nd and Calan 3rd in the competitive race.
